Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Signal Coach (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Company

Signal Coach is operated by Magic Laboratory LLC ("Signal Coach," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Description of Service

Signal Coach provides AI-assisted coaching reports and related features.

The Service:

  • Is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or professional counseling
  • Does not guarantee specific results
  • May generate outputs that are inaccurate or incomplete

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use any information or outputs provided by the Service.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activity that occurs under your account

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display that content solely to:

  • Provide and operate the Service
  • Improve and maintain the Service

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit such content.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription.

  • Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Stripe's terms and payment processing policies.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
  • You may cancel at any time through your account settings.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • Submit content that infringes on intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Termination does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or reliability of outputs

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Magic Laboratory LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magic Laboratory LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your submitted content

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Washington State, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court where permitted.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
