Signal Coach is operated by Magic Laboratory LLC ("Signal Coach," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the Signal Coach website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Service.

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Name (if provided)

2. User Content

  • Coaching inputs, reports, messages, and other information you submit through the Service

3. Usage Information

  • Basic usage and interaction data (such as pages viewed, timestamps, and device/browser type)
  • Log data such as IP address and access times

4. Payment Information

  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card details. We receive limited information such as payment status, subscription details, and transaction identifiers.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
  • Generate coaching reports and AI-based outputs
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests
  • Improve, analyze, and secure the Service
  • Prevent fraud and misuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We retain account information and user content for up to 6 months after account inactivity or cancellation, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, security, or operational purposes.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@signalcoach.xyz.

Certain limited information (such as billing records) may be retained as required for tax, accounting, or legal compliance.

Sharing of Information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, including:

  • OpenRouter (AI inference services)
  • Stripe (payment processing)
  • Resend (email delivery)
  • Google OAuth (authentication)
  • Vercel (Hosting and infrastructure providers)

These providers process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information:

  • If required by law
  • To enforce our terms
  • To protect our rights, users, or the public

International Use

Signal Coach is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Your Rights and Choices

You may:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your information
  • Cancel your subscription at any time
  • Opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link

Children's Privacy

Signal Coach is intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
